A Conceptual Diagram For I18N

Both the green and yellow part are complicated. 

I'd like to have `weapon of mass destruction` for debugging purpose.

For example, if we can pick one font and ignore the client program's particular
font selections. We may then be confident to confine the discovered problem in
either green or yellow part.
