Getting a very similar issue running Little Fighter 2 v2.  The music keeps
stuttering and the terminal spams:

fixme:gstreamer:got_data_sink Did not get a GST_APP_BUFFER, creating a sample
fixme:quartz:DSoundRender_UpdatePositions Underrun of data occurred!

Sound effects play OK. 
Installing "wmp9 quartz devenum" works around it too.
