[Bug 29804] Forever grayed out "agree" button on EULA screen

I changed the file, as it was the WRONG file. It was listed ERWIN.exe and not
CAEDMCE.exe, which is from: "ftp://ftp.ca.com/pub/erwin/EvalLic/CAEDMCE.exe"

ERWIN.exe is a trial version, while CAEDMCE.exe is a community edition, which
has full functionality at the expense of providing some personal info.

The problem is with CAEDMCE.exe not ERWIN.exe.
