Hi Aric, I've retest with latest wine, most SystemLink issues are great now,
expect a little issue: 
If I store the default Font Replacements setting in wine.inf, then I have to
`wineboot` twice to get a working SystemLink, or the SystemLink value will be
empty. Could we avoid `wineboot` twice?
