Hello,

can't reproduce.
The log from attachment indicates very early phase of installer, no components
processed yet.
Whatever it was, it's fixed now.

You need 'winetricks -q dotnet30' prerequisite in clean WINEPREFIX.
The current blocker is bug 29354

$ wine --version
wine-1.4-rc3
