[Bug 29889] Symantec VIP access fails to install

Actually, it seems that the installation ( partially ) succeeds. The error is
related to something called 'Intel Identity Protection' which fails to install
. Waiting for 5-10 seconds after closing the installation wizard produces the
VIP access client installation wizard, which completes succesfully.
