No, that log is sufficient, thanks.  I haven't had much time to look at it yet.
 Probably it worked in 1.1.30 because wininet wasn't checking certificates at
all at the time.  The logs indicate it's something to do with being unable to
verify the revocation status of one of the certificates, though I don't know
which one.  I probably need to add more traces to see what's going on.

Setting component to crypt32, as it or crypnet are the most likely culprits.
