Your setup is broken as Vitaliy said.

You seem to be missing opengl or drivers. I strongly recommend you post your
issue on forum.winehq.org, or, if you prefer irc, irc.freenode.net channel
#winehq. The community will help you there.

Please do not reopen this bug without strong evidence there is an issue with
wine, rather than your setup. If you run into different issues, please file a
new bug.
