[Bug 29997] StudioTax 2011 crashes during installation

I tried with a clean 32-bit wineprefix, but get the same crash. I also realized
that .NET does not need to be preinstalled; the crash can be reproduced on a
clean wine directory, just by running 
% wine ./StudioTax2011Install.exe
