Austin, would it be possible to create a javascript alert if, when submitting,
the reported version is older than the current one by 1-2 versions?

Something along the lines of:

 You reported you are using wine-1.3.25. The most recent version is
wine-1.4-rc5. This bug may be invalid, you should try with the latest version.
  [OK]  [Cancel]
