I just noticed the World of Warcraft Installer/Launcher has the same scrollbar
that doesn't need to be there but really is there bug, my guess is just a
translation issue between IE protocols and Gecko protocols to hide scrollbars
which would be outside of the scope of wine would it not?

In regards to the LoL launcher, it's actually outdated now isn't it?  If anyone
has a download to it we could see if it's been fixed or not.
