wine 1.3.37,  in 1.3.18 log differs a little.

OrCAD Capture - Lite 16.5-S003 (v16-5-13N) hangs on start after main window
appears.
This is regression since wine 1.3.18 cause the behavior is correct in wine
1.2.3 and wine 1.3.6. till 1.3.17
Note the latest wine (1.3.37) I took from ubuntu ppa but previous (1.2.3, 1.3.6
, 1.3.17 ) I took from PlayOnLinux manager.
