[Bug 16885] Yahoo Messenger 8/9 menu invisible, 'X' box hotspot in wrong place

I tested again on Ubuntu 11.10 and wine-1.3.36 using
788a9b40e8e2fa2464533f85662417d832c38b0f  ymsgr900_2161_us.exe
from
http://www.filehippo.com/download_yahoo_messenger/5673/
The install completed ok, but the menu problem is still there.

There's something very odd going on: you can't drag the window via
the title bar, but you can via an undrawn section just beneath the
title bar; this is where the menu is drawn when I press alt-M.
And if you click on the left side of this, you get the menu that
you normally get from clicking on the left end of any windows title.
