I've tried that (winetricks dotnet20 wsh57) on a fresh wineprefix.
And, good news, it (sort of) works.

There's two problems remaining :

- The progressbar don't work at all.

And, more important :

- All PDF files (this software purpose is to desplay encrypted PDF files), are
not copyied in the right place.
They're copied in .wine/PrescrireIntegraleBibliothequemedia/ instead of
.wine/PrescrireIntegraleBibliotheque/media .
Moving these files in the right place, make the application work.
