When : when a sniper send on me a Jarate

Effect: total black screen during the duration of the Jarate effect. During
this time a special graphical effect is done on screen (normaly). See 12s on
this video to see the graphical effect,

Log: It is diffult to have a log of this bug because it is due to a game event.
Explain to me what I can do to give more explanation about this bug.

Nota: Whiout this bug, TF2 works really perfectly (platinium)
