No, but the error changes. Instead of saying the file could not be downloaded
it keeps waiting forever in the download window.

Without wininet the java installer says "Download failed", the url is:
http://javadl.sun.com/webapps/download/GetFile/1.6.0_30-b12/windows-i586/jre1.6.0_30-c-l.msi

To fix it it's necessary to do a winetricks ie6+wininet.
