OK, here's the steps I did in order to get it working:
First we have to workaround bug 25015:
1.) Download and run the LoL downloader on Windows.
2.) Copy the LoL directory and C:\Program Files\Pando Networks directory to
linux.
3.) Apply the attached registry changes.
Next:
4.) Run the installer via Wine.
5.) Apply the attached patch.
6.) Run LoL from the command line (the desktop link doesn't work).
I've also been using my patches from bug 17195, but I don't think they're
necessary for LoL.

If that doesn't work for you please attach a backtrace of the deadlocking
threads.
