Hello,

So I have done a lot of work on Japanese character support and would be
interested in helping with Chinese and such.

I have been trying to track back this whole thread/discussion (back to 2008
wow) and was wondering if someone would test 1.4-rc1 and give me a coherent
description of what is not working still.
