After apply your patches on wine-1.4-rc1-57-g6847e88 :
  - my FontLink\\SystemLink is still empty --> is that an expect result?
  - tahoma in Notepad can display Chinese after overriding SystemLink registry
now --> good news :)
  - there is still other Fontlink issues for Tahoma, which can be workaround by
overriding native usp10 --> would you like a separate bug or append my result
here?
