Sven, you need to go back to wine-1.3.23 as that was the last version that
didn't have the unsafe_impl_from_IDirect3DIndexBuffer9() and the assert.
Though it might still crash as it shouldn't get that interface there.

Can you please run it with
WINEDEBUG=+d3d9 wine ...
and attach the output to this bug?
