I've tested it in a clean wineprefix. Anno needs d3dx9 d3dx9_43 d3dx9_42
d3dx11_43 d3dx11_42 vcrun2008 vcrun2010 winhttp corefonts and has to be
installed from inside that wineprefix (copying loooks like it works, but will
fail to start).

Anyways the ubisoft game launcher changed on 3rd of July which made the game
not workable anymore. It's more or less the same behaviour, the game launcher
thinks it's starting anno but nothing opens up.
Here's the relevant console log (with -msvcrt):
