The patch works well!
Now it starts without errors but then it crashes when exiting!

GyB i can't reproduce the thing you're saying. Menù works well for me and i
have no flashes...

Anyway, if this can help you, i've encountered your problem in old wine
versions, in particular wine < 1.1.25, where there was no "something very
funny..." bug, but playing was still hard with those flashes.

Henri, you can implement the patch into the next wine version, cause it works.

P.S. I attached a new log of my last trial...
