When you start IPView Pro 3.00 or 4:00 this error appears: "The Version.ini is
not exist!" and nothing else.
The file Version.ini Already exist and is in "lang" directory into a IPView Pro
root folder (C:\\Program Files\\IPView Pro\\lang\\Version.ini)
