Your log starts with
err:module:attach_process_dlls "MxHttpRq.dll" failed to initialize, aborting
That's a dup of bug 27997; winetricks vcrun6 lets it finish.

But there may be something amiss with winetricks; it then fails with
wine: Call from 0x7ece47a2 to unimplemented function msvcrt.dll._wcsncoll,
aborting
I'll have a look and file the right next bug.
