I can confirm this as well. I usually play this game in windowed mode, so it
doesn't usually affect me. However, this mouse issue happens if I go
fullscreen.

Basically, the mouse sensitivity changes. It seems to speed up or slow down at
random intervals during use. Obviously, as a shooter-style game, this is a
major issue (aim can be messed up because of a sudden mouse change of speed).

This happens only on Jedi Academy, and only when it's in full screen. It
doesn't affect other games, whether native or WINE.
