Hi Bruno:

Thanks for the suggestion, however before I do what you have suggested, I am
following another route.  There is a possibility that some WineTrick needs to
be included in the Bottled APP, and I just need to figure out which ones are
needed.  If I run CodeWright directly with Wine, then it appears to work
(except for the lack of colour sense, etc), but if I run the bottled APP, then
it does not start (most likely because some dependency has not been installed).

So, I am following the dependency route first, and I will post my findings.  I
am getting close, so I think I will have it solved soon.  It would be nice if
somebody has already figured out what WineTricks to include with Bottler, so I
don't have to go through the trial-and-error process.
