You'll need the professional demo:
http://dl.google.com/sketchup/GoogleSketchUpProWEN.exe

install as usual:
$ cd $WINEPREFIX/Program Files/Google/Google SketchUp 8/LayOut
$ wine Layout.exe

should crash shortly (no need to interact with program).
