[Bug 31206] PDF Annotator can't load documents, complains "OLE error 80004001"

That patch helps!  The app comes up fine the first time, and can 
put up a pdf file and let you add lines.  The second time you run it,
it crashes unless you delete
"$HOME/.wine/dosdevices/c:/users/dank/Local Settings/Application Data/PDF
Annotator/3.0/Tools/paStampTools.xml"
first.  Console of the crash shows:
