Yeah that worked. The mouse in the singleplayer is crap by default, but I
played through it a little bit and it's still happening.
Ive quit jka a few times and never remember that issue. Its as soon as I
installed a fresh new ubuntu OS from windows 7. 
My buddy, says it may be due to the new mouse stuff added during the 1.3 cycle.
