[Bug 30821] braid: turning AlwaysOffscreen on results in severe FPS drop

Does this still happen? I pretty much can't reproduce this. In fact, at
1400x1050 (1680x1050 doesn't seem to exist on my nvidia setup) I get about 54
fps with AlwaysOffscreen vs. 49 fps without. At 1920x1200 it's about 32 with
AlwaysOffscreen vs. 30 without. That's on a GeForce 9600M with Intel T9550,
Braid 1.015, the full game.
