Actually it seems it's single bug (luna, word tree, invoker orbs, etc), which
*may* appear fixed sometimes during bisect even after broken commit (due to
some kind of caching (i use ccache to speed it up) or some random factor). The
commit to blame is:

First time i missed it during bisect because world tree effects still were
bugged even at commit after it due to that random factor, but after that i made
a way more thorough bisect pass checking alot of effects.

I saw a luna aura fixed by reverting this commit on git wine, invoker orbs
looked fine, world tree looking fine and so on. 

Dota was launched without using -nod3d9ex command line parameter, which is
required for bisect testing (it wasn't supported a while ago it seems). The
rest settings are made according to this howto:
