Confirming, problem still exists with Wine 1.5.9.

I tried forcing vsync with
export __GL_SYNC_TO_VBLANK=1 # nvidia?
export vblank_mode=1         # others?

But the effect is not consistent, it worked once but I cannot reproduce it.

When it works, the result is not really improvement, menus that were too fast
become sluggish instead, and key presses are often dropped, making the use of
menus almost as tedious.

Debian unstable architecture amd64
Wine 1.5.9
Nvidia GeForce G102M / proprietary driver 302.17
