multiple entries - added my olyanderson

mulitple entires keep popping up as if they are added each time i use a short
cut or wine menu entrie into Gnome Menus.

it's a bug, for example:

i tried to add a program on linux to run with a certain app. when i opened that
window, there were over 20 media player menu entries, 40 wine application
entries, 15 winzip menu entries, so on so forth.

as if everytime i use anything wine from desktop shortcuts to applications >
wine > some program, when editing gnome menus also shows MULTIPLE like 100
entries.
