No proper fix available yet, only temporary workaround, which disables glow
effects altogether (it involves reverting mentioned commit & recompiling wine,
so i doubt you can do this easily with your custom wine on mac).

As for text - it's completely other problem, introduced recently by some dota
update. Yes, i also experience it.
