This is a driver limitation. Build Mesa with --enable-texture-float if you want
floating point textures, although there are patent concerns that may or may not
apply. Alternatively, if you want to run this on the nvidia gpu instead of the
Intel one, you should probably look into Bumblebee, while noting that Wine is a
32-bit application and would need 32-bit versions of the involved libraries.

Please don't file bugs against Wine builds that include custom patches.
