is implement, next bug is Bug 31301

Light, I can't reproduce this bug, could you try with recent Wine (wine-1.5.9
or newer) and tell us if it still present?
(You'll need `winetricks -q vcrun2003` to workaround Bug 31301)

If the bug still present, please:
 - Attach a new log with debugging symbol installed
 - Provide the URL you used to reproduce the bug

These information will help us investigate the bug.
