I've tried again and again but could not re-produce this bug, since early
versions to now(1.5.9)

Did you run Warcraft 3 in -window mode or fullscreen? The mouse cursor works
correctly in windowed mode and I cannot even switch to another program/minimize
the war3 window if fullscreen.
