This is what I've tested:

1. locale: en_US.UTF-8
$ wine notepad
Then input or paste some Chinese/Japanese characters, and hit exit button (or
alt-f4).

Crashed.

2. locale: en_US.UTF-8
$ wine notepad
Then input or paste some Chinese/Japanese characters, then delete them, and hit
exit button (or alt-f4).

It did not crash.

3. locale: zh_CN.UTF-8
Same operations as 1, did not crash too.
