Is this psoc_designer_5.2_b2401.iso from http://www.cypress.com/?rID=36833 ?

(I haven't had much luck with it, see bug 31372.
The furthest I've gotten with wine-1.5.9 is with 'winetricks dotnet20sp1 ie7'
before installing, and that still hangs.)
