I have this bug occasionally in 1.4.1 and 1.5.9 with a 560Ti using whatever
driver is used by OS X 10.7.4. My issues is not with exploding character
models, however, but with everything but the cheekbone and shoulder texture
disappearing entirely for every character model in game.
