Max Payne 3 crash + backtrace

Hum... Are you sure that Max Payne 3 launcher requires .NET 35 ?
I installed dotnet20 with winetricks and i can update the game and "Rockstar
Social Club"

So, after to install it, i launch the launcher or MaxPayne3.exe and i have the
same error message. (see my attached file)

PS : When i look the Max Payne 3's box, i see that the game requires directx,
.Net Frameworks 2.0 and vcrun2008.
