When I play, everything appears to work (login, AH, etc). After about 5 mins of
being in the game, the graphics become laggy and then I receive the "You have
been removed....." error. The AH becomes greyed out.

I ran Diablo 3 using winedbg and as soon as 5 minutes or so hit, I noticed the
console/term output started spitting out these errors..

Please see attached @ line 82 is right when it hit... 

I'm not sure if this will help but maybe some one can decipher this?
