tst-msxml_make_soap.c - tests many ways to make SOAP XML

In the comment in the beginning of the program you can see the SOAP request
generated when BridgeCentral 2.2.5 is run with 'winetricks msxml3' (native
msxml3), captured via tcpdump/wireshark and slightly reformatted for
readability and privacy.  Test results follow.
