Patch series to add support for junction points

I've been putting together a patch series to add support for Junction Points
and I've been testing with the Code Project example application "MakeLink" (
http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=application&iId=14166 ).  I'd
really appreciate it if any interested parties would take a look at these
patches and send me their feedback, thanks!
