Wine versions: 1.2.3 and 1.4.1

How to reproduce:
On both versions i am able to install Softoken application using msi file
("wine msiexec -i Setup.msi"). All the necessary files and registry entries are
being created successfully. But when i launch Softoken-II.exe nothing happens
(no console messages, no windows)
