I'm trying to get this working for someone on a Mac (works great for me on
Linux).  Their system specs are:
XQuartz 2.7.2
Mac OS X 10.7.4
NVIDIA GeForce 320M 256 MB

The error dialog that appears when loading the application is:
wglMakeCurrent: 6 : Invalid handle.

On the console I see:
path: 14177_0x1800156
set off screen: invalid drawable

Are there any debug channels that would be useful to run to diagnose this
issue?  This is not on my computer, so if you could send me a list of
information to gather then I can help this person and report back.
