I have a similar problem too, see http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=31058

After that update i've start to have some problems too, thats why i clean the
wineprefix now it's all messed up, winetricks doesn't work at all, and i have
reintalled wine several times too, without any solution. Wich distro are you
using?
