yes, works perfectly on windows.

With the schedtool the game seems to lose performance by showing the reflection
of the sun that exists at the background of the scenario. In these stages there
is no reflexes the game works perfectly (with schedtool and affinity for one
core).

Wine floods the console with d3d messages in this situation. I disabled
messages by WINEDEBUG variable, but there was no gain in performance.
