Now that bug 31050 has been fixed, civ 5 demo with "winetricks alldlls=builtin" 
doesn't crash during load, but does sit there for an extra 30 seconds with a 
black screen, and then puts up a dialog box saying "Could not load width data".
Setting msvcp90 back to native works around the problem.

To reproduce, installing the civ v demo (possibly with

f63089528c8b0315244359624a543ad5ba5fd135  Civ_V_Demo.rar ),
do
  winetricks alldlls=builtin
launch the demo, select the directx9 version, and wait.
