[Bug 26630] Please add an 'upstream' resolution

This would create additional burden for tracking such bugs for no value.
Just mark them as invalid and ask the reporter to open a bug in his/her
distro bug tracker, and let the distro follow an appropriate upsteam bug
(if that's their policy).
